We are excited to introduce this new service to get you on track immediately! With our customized coaching option, a customized fitness and meal plan will keep you accountable and help meet your goals.
Our coaches work with you until you achieve your goals with easy to follow exercise and meal plans. This is the best way to maximize our treatments and fast track any weightless goal. It can be a beginners plan and work into a more intense plan as you go, or you can start aggressive right out of the gates, it’s really up to you!
The best part is you can exercise in the comfort of your own home or gym. Keeping track via apps and video calls, you never have to join any gyms or use confusing equipment if you don’t want to!
Lexi is a fabulous Fitness & Nutrition Coach who personalizes weekly meal plans to your likes and dislikes, calculates your calories, creates a custom work out program with weekly weigh ins with adjustments, and she also incorporates mindset/motivational practices.
She is a WNBF Bikini Pro Fitness & Nutrition Coach. She’s won several bikini and fitness awards and really cares about her clients needs. She works with you until you achieve your goals with easy to follow exercise and meal plans. She is very caring and non judgmental, as well as very motivating!
Kyler is a very experienced male trainer that specializes in nutrition and supplement coaching. He has had a dramatic weightless and muscle improvement journey so he is aware of all the struggles and hard work that goes into building muscle.
You will get full nutritional guidance and supplementation recommendations. He will teach you everything you need to know when it comes to the nutrition side of things, how to track macros, what macros are, and/or complete meal plans. He is very experienced in customizing fitness plans for every fitness level from beginner to body builder.
The last thing with Kyler is the accountability. Every week he will be checking in with you to make sure you’re getting the results you crave. He is also there every step of the way to answer any questions you may have.
